Flat Embroidery

3D Embroidery (Stem Wrap Embroidery)
Three-dimensional embroidery (3D) is a three-dimensional pattern formed by wrapping EVA adhesive inside the embroidery thread, which can be produced on ordinary flat embroidery. (EVA adhesive has different thickness, hardness and color).
Hollow Embroidery
Hollow center embroidery is similar to solid center embroidery, but a piece of styrofoam is added to the cut piece and the embroidery is continued with flat embroidery.
Hollow center embroidery can be produced on ordinary flat embroidery. It is embroidered using styrofoam in a similar way to solid embroidery, and after the embroidery is completed, the styrofoam is washed off with a dry-cleaning machine to form a hollow center. (Styrofoam has a smooth surface and is usually 1~5mm thick).
Patchwork Embroidery
Patchwork embroidery is the use of patch instead of stitch to save embroidery thread and make the pattern more vivid, ordinary flat embroidery machine can be produced.

Coarse Thread Embroidery
Coarse thread embroidery uses thicker (e.g. 603) sewing thread as the embroidery thread, together with a large hole needle or a large size needle, a coarse thread bobbin and a 3mm needle plate to complete the embroidery, which can be produced by an ordinary flat embroidery machine.
Perforated Embroidery
Perforated embroidery can be produced on ordinary flat embroidery machines, but requires the installation of a perforation embroidery device. It is produced by using a hole-carving knife to carve through the fabric, and then wrapping it with embroidery thread to form a hole in the center.
Flat Gold Thread Embroidery
Flat gold thread can be produced on ordinary flat embroidery machines. Since flat gold thread is a flat embroidery thread, it is necessary to install a flat gold thread device (which can be installed on any needle bar).
Bead Embroidery
Beads of the same shape and size are strung together to form a rope-like material, which is then embroidered on a flat embroidery machine equipped with a bead embroidery device. A bead embroidery device is required. Bead sizes from 2mm to 12mm can be installed.
Flocking Embroidery
Flocking embroidery can be produced on ordinary flat embroidery machines, but it is necessary to install flocking needles. The principle of embroidery is to use the hooks on the flocking needles to pick up the fiber floss on the flannel and plant it on another fabric.
Toothbrush Embroidery
Toothbrush embroidery, also known as vertical thread embroidery, can be produced on ordinary flat embroidery machines. The embroidery method is the same as that of three-dimensional embroidery, but after the embroidery, it is necessary to remove all the film after cutting off a part of it, so that the embroidery threads will stand up naturally. It can be combined with other embroidery methods, such as flat embroidery, to make the design more rich and diversified. Note: Special materials and procedures are required.
Towel Embroidery
A very popular embroidery method on European and American garments, the effect is like sticking a towel cloth, soft to the touch and in a variety of color changes. Embroidery through the special towel machine head, the ordinary embroidery thread from the machine under the hook up, winding one after another coil to bring out the towel effect.
Fill-in embroidery
The bottom surface is covered with a sponge-like material, and flat embroidery on top can be achieved.
Chain embroidery

Roll Embroidery
Roll embroidery is a type of embroidery that utilizes embroidery floss to roll and wrap a fine cord inside. The 3 types of embroidery threads, core threads, and rolled threads are fused together to create rolled embroidery.
Concealed Embroidery
Concealed embroidery is an application of tape embroidery in which a special accessory is installed to fix the inner “lower side” of the material of the tape without seeing the fixing threads.
The difference between Concealed Embroidery and Tape Embroidery is that in Concealed Embroidery, the threads are pressed underneath the tape and cannot be seen from the surface, while in Tape Embroidery, the threads that hold the tape in place can be seen directly.
Irregular Cord Embroidery

Ruffled Edge Embroidery

Young Thread Roll Embroidery

Crinkle Embroidery
Wrinkle embroidery can be produced on ordinary flat embroidery machines, but it needs to be combined with shrinkable backing and water-soluble backing thread. After embroidery, the shrinkable backing is used to shrink the fabric when it is exposed to heat and make the fabric wrinkled, and the backing can be separated from the fabric after the water-soluble backing thread is dissolved by the water bubbles, but it should be noted that the fabric should be made of thin chemical fiber material for the effect to be obvious. It is more used in the special design of cloth.
Laser Embroidery

Water Soluble Embroidery
